PING Gadget

This Gadget will perform a PING test by sending multiple ICMP packets and listening for the replies. It will verify if the entered web host or IP address is reachable across the Internet and will measure the time it takes the packets to go from the selected testing location to the tested host. You can select between several of the WebSitePulse monitoring locations for the test, which will be performed in real-time. The test results will be displayed in a browser window and will show the shortest, the average and the maximum round-trip times of the test packets, and the packet loss rate between hosts.
You can customize the PING Test Gadget and add it to your website using the Google Creator. You can also add it to your Google customized home page and test web hosts or IP addresses from there.
